Training is all about having fun, teamwork, making friends and learning the basics of the game. There is no contact/ tackling and all abilities are welcome. Training will last for about 45-60 minutes, trainers need to be worn until further notice and no specific kit is needed.

We do need help with coaching and ask that any parents who can volunteer and are interested to please drop me a line. No qualifications are necessary but the club will support any volunteers through any coaching accreditations they wish to pursue. Any volunteers will be required to carry out a DBS security check which the club will carry out.
