The nominations board for Executive and Committee posts will be published week commencing 30th April on the Notice Board at WSC and taken down shortly before the meeting.

A limited number of papers will be available on the day for members. Members planning to attend who require hard copy of the papers ‐ please contact Secretary Nick Stafford (nickstafford@yahoo.com) in advance and not less than 24 hours before the meeting.

Please note: The room will not be ready until 8:20pm so if you intend to arrive early please wait in the bar area. The bar will be open for drinks and snacks.
