Game One started with both sides tagging aggressively and thereby keeping the game pinned in the middle of the park and it wasn't until late in the first half that Warrington eventually broke the deadlock with a try by Harrison Dillon following a strong run along the wing.
Encouraged by this success, the Rebels ran more positively and score a second try through Jacob Lewis-Dalton after a typically mazy run.
Sefton came back strongly in the second half and scored almost immediately from the restart through their star runner Danny.
Harrison scored a second try virtually in the same spot to restore the two try lead only for Sefton to once again close the gap after weak tagging at the restart.
Ben Lomax sealed the victory with a late try to complete the match 4-2.
Game Two saw the Rebels bring in development players who set off like a storm with tries from Jacob Sollory-Park, Jacob Lewis-Dalton and Ben Lomax.
Perhaps the lack of experience showed in the Rebels team at the turnaround when Sefton attacked from the off with Danny and Isabella running direct lines that repeatedly broke through the U8's defence.
Despite second tries from Ben and Jacob Sollory-Park, Sefton's determination paid off and they took the tie 5-6.
Game Three saw the Rebels regain their composure and probably benefit from a tiring Sefton squad. Ryan Edwards was on fire and ran in four tries, typically dancing through tackles with his trademark pirouette!
Sefton responded but further tries from Ben Lomax (2) and Josh Barnard saw the Rebels finish the match 7-4 winners.
