Micros is the first rung on the ladder to playing Rugby Union and is non-contact. The sessions are all about learning the skills of the game, teamwork, lots of running around, but more than anything; having fun. We welcome boys and girls of any ability to come and join us (a lot of our players had never previously held a rugby ball). Micros is effectively Under 6s; which means all of Reception and Year 1 age children are eligible.

Training starts at 10.30am and lasts for about 1 hour. Players should wear sports kit (boots and warmer clothing will not be necessary until further into Autumn/Winter) and bring a water bottle. On most Sunday's there is the BBQ selling breakfast butties, teas/coffees etc and the bar is usually open by the time training finishes.

Parking is limited at the club, so early arrival helps to get a space. If the car park is full then there is parking on the roads from the club back towards Stockton Heath, but be careful on the Double Yellows.
