**UPDATE**

WRUFC - Proposed “virtual” AGM (30 June 2020) - Postponement

As everyone will be aware, we were proposing to try to hold an AGM by Zoom on 30 June. RFU guidance encourages clubs to hold meetings virtually, if workable, but also recognises that, in the COVID environment, it might be necessary to delay AGMs until it is possible to meet up in person.

Since the proposal for a virtual AGM was put forward, a number of members have expressed their preference for a face-to-face AGM and this sentiment may explain the low level of take-up for the proposed Zoom meeting which would mean that the quorum requirement for the meeting would not be met.
