With a warm, yet soggy under foot Warrington’s U7s welcomed Macclesfield Rufc U7s to The Fortress Walton Lea.

After two weeks of matches under their belts including last weeks Manchester festival both teams were a pleasure to watch, playing some great rugby with some amazing weaving runs and some tight eager defensive tagging.

Both squads were very evenly matched which gave the spectators a chance to really see the fun and enjoyment for the players. There were some great performances but a special mention must go to the birthday girl Elysa who not only scored some great tries but gave everyone some haribo.
