U9s - First Contact

Today saw the under 9s face opposition for the first time with full contact, with the arrival of Liverpool Collegiate and the promise of no rain till 12, we set up for our 3 matches. Both sides were evenly matched throughout and as Wales fans smiling and relieved, we were smiling at some great runs and handling. The longer the matches went the better the tackling got which is promising for the rest of the season.

Only a few bumps and even less tears, we saw all the games finish without any injuries. After the match we awarded the 3 match day awards.
