The good people of Bolton saw a 21st century steam roller today in the form of Warrington U 12's

Despite an immediate turnaround from Game 1, the boys started the second game of today as they had finished the first.

Bolton chose to try and clear their lines from the Kick Off only to find Ollie "watch me leap like a salmon" Fleetwood return with interest outpacing the chase to score.

Some excellent interplay down the blindside between Matthew Beeley and JP created field position and the quick recycling saw Roma clean through for another try.

Roma was unstoppable today and after coming onto to a blind switch from Matthew Beeley like a train, he added to his impressive tally for the day.

Michael Fulwell partnered Roma strongly in the centre and after a series of quick rucks drove over for another try taking us to half time.

Chasing the re start with purpose we turned the Bolton catcher over and Matthew Bullock peeled left to race over, capping another Mighty Atom performance in the front row.

Still high on adrenalin from his try Bullock fielded the re start and made great yards down field passing to Alfie Davies who blasted down the touchline to extend the gap further.

Almost in an action replay the re start was again returned with vigour, this time by Michael Fulwell who had Matthew Beeley looping round to give us some Beeley Ballet down the line finishing with a swan dive.

Bolton looked emotionally shattered at this point and the Wire Steam Roller struck again straight from the re start with Alfie Davies too hot to handle.

Mackie Clarke went close but was judged to have made a double movement. The penalty gave Bolton a rare chance to clear their lines but Eddie Melhuish once again got hands on the ball early in the tackle to poach possession and provide Michael Fulwell with the opportunity he needed to post a well deserved Hat Trick of tries for the day.

A rare handling error for the day presented Bolton with a scrum but with a win against the head Melhuish was alert to the undefended blind side to scamper for a try.

Bolton now had no answer to the pace and power on show and chose the kicking option to ease the constant pressure on their line. Ben Beresford returned the kick strongly back into Bolton territory. The ruck phases were good and JP took a fantastic inside line off Ollie Fleetwood to score.

Ben then showed what an accomplished Full Back he is by repeating the play with a second strong kick return. Ollie Fleetwood cut back against the drifting defence to create the opening, passing to Jack Crowley who completed the days activities converting his own try.

Everybody contributed today and our squad gets stronger and stronger.

Eddie Melhuish delivered an overall performance of the highest quality today in attack and defence collecting the Man of the Match vote

Overall a very impressive outing.
