There are two different tasks - Player Registration, which needs to be performed on the RFU's Game Management System (GMS), and Club Membership, which is currently a separate process co-ordinated by Team Managers.

These should not be confused with the club's Pitchero webpages and app, the latter of which is predominantly used for managing team fixtures and availabilities.

2023-24 season Player Registration:

This season the RFU have introduced an online mechanism for Parents to submit a player registration request: Click here to Create Account There is a Step by Step guide for parents in the documents on this page. If you are unable to do this, then please contact your Team Manager for assistance (see your Team page for contact details).

New players/parents should speak to their Age Group coaches in the first instance about the appropriate stage to pay membership fees.

The annual RFU registration process (used to be called 'affiliation') is now online. The RFU have only just released guidance so please bear with us. Parents/Guardians/Carers of existing players should update their records using the following link:

Payment should be made by online money transfer - see the attached WRUFC Membership document (M&J Subs 2022-23) for payment details. Please contact your Team manager for further information.

What should I do if I have forgotten my login details?

Visit the GMS Login page where you will be able to select the ‘Forgot my password’ link. A username and password recovery option will then be triggered to the email address listed against your account.
